Portman Travel, over the last 5-10 years, has geared its
business towards providing a true one-stop approach to travel
management. We have made it a key policy in our growth to rely less
on third party companies to deliver our key business elements. For
example, we operate our own out-of-hours service, we have our own
hotel specialists, groups/ conference and event management
divisions and our own online fulfilment centre. As these services
are managed in-house we have complete control over the service you
receive.

service delivery better than our smaller competitors and more
importantly, we can manage the cost of that service. We bring that

because we have the infrastructure, investment and turnover to
