(our site), whether as a guest or a registered user. Please

Information about us
www.portmantravel.com is a site operated
by Portman Travel Limited ("We" or "Us"). We are registered
in England and Wales under company number 620104 and have our
registered office at Level 13, The Broadgate Tower, Primrose
Street, London EC2A 2EW.
We are member of the following regulatory bodies:
- International Air Transport Association - IATA no 91244204. We
are an IATA Accredited Agent who is a passenger sales agent whose
name has been entered on the Agency List in accordance with the
rules. Agents duly appointed by Member Airlines are paid commission
or a service fee for the sales of international air passenger
transportation
- Air Travel Organisers' Licensing - ATOL no 3312. We hold an Air
Travel Organiser's Licence granted by the Civil Aviation Authority
and flights booked through Us are ATOL protected. In the unlikely
event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure that you are not
stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money We have been
paid by you for an advance booking.
- Association of British Travel Agents - ABTA no 11043. We are
members of ABTA which provides comprehensive schemes of financial
protection and with support before, during and after your trip,
should a complaint arise.
Accessing our site
Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we
reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on
our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for
any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any
period.
From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of our
site, or our entire site, to users who have registered with us.
