Portman travel launches Portman Club

Portman Club has been specifically designed to bring a more personalised service to companies with a less substantial travel budget; with an emphasis on a cost effective travel management programme that maximises a moderate travel spend. The newly formed team of experts are based in East Kilbride alongside the company's other specialist units: Portman24 - round the clock care, Portman Medical - Portman's repatriation service for clients taken ill abroad, Executive Events - for conferences or team building activity for senior management and Executive Leisure - Portman's bespoke holiday travel service.

Portman Club provides a highly individual service with each company having a dedicated personal contact, specialist services and expertise no matter how small their travel spend.  Organisations deal with no more than two of the Portman Club team, both of whom fully understand an individual company's particular needs and preferences and who communicate via webcam for added personalisation and familiarity. 

The Portman Club consultant will look at the client's travel activity regularly and flag areas for improvement and ways that more value can be added - perhaps through company supplier offerings, frequent flyer schemes or bespoke discounted deals. The full range of Portman products is available through Portman Club, including conference and event facilities and executive leisure.
