Portman Travel operates a system of daily travel alerts which
notify Portman Travel of any incidents that effect travel.
The GoAlert24 service provides our clients and staff with
breaking country-specific news that has a potential impact on
our clients' travel plans. It's an e-mail based service that is
delivered to a central source in a company for onward distribution
to individual travellers.
GoAlert24 is a real-time feed that operates 24 hours a day, 7
days a week and can be customised to filter information to ensure
that it is actually pertinent to the Customers' needs. The
alert system will advise on security considerations, foreign office
advice, any potential new health hazards, severe weather warnings
and worldwide incidents.
